RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love the items you purchased from us as much as we do. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items according to our return policy below. Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged, and these will be clearly noted on the product detail page.

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis and our ultimate goal is building a relationship with our customers and making them extremely excited about our brand. We stand behind our garments a 1000% and want customers to be truly happy and satisfied. We will always do our best to take care of customers and deal with them fairly and reasonably. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted for store credit and/or exchanges only within 14 days of the purchase date. 

All items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered) with all other tags attachedand with a receipt or proof of purchase in order to receive a store credit. 

***Items that do not meet these criteria or returned in un-saleable condition may not be accepted for returns***

Customers in the United States must contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. Please e-mail info@lookitsbianca.com with your name, phone, and Order ID#.  If the above conditions are met, you will receive a store credit for the items returned in the original form minus return shipping charges. 

Alaska, Hawaii and International customers must contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return. Please e-mail info@lookitsbianca.com  with your name, e-mail, and Order ID#. 
Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. We appreciate your patience.
